Do you have a great interest in technology and want to work with electronics for real?

We are now looking for you who want to be part of developing advanced technical solutions in an organization that works closely with Sweden's total defense. Here you will have the opportunity to work broadly within electronics and be part of a competent and cohesive team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for someone with knowledge in electronics for our client, one of the leading technology consulting companies in the Nordic region with clients in defense, defense industry, and civil infrastructure. In this role, you will be an important part of a growing team with assignments in advanced technical systems. The purpose of the role is to strengthen the existing competence and create knowledge breadth in the team. You will work with electronics throughout the development chain – from requirements and design to prototype, testing, verification, and commissioning. The work may involve both new development and further development and modification of existing systems. You will be part of a smaller team with high technical competence located in both Arboga and Växjö. Regardless of placement, you will work closely together in project form.

You are offered

  • A unique role with good development opportunities for those with a strong interest in technology
  • A place in an engaged group with senior mentors for support
  • A secure role in a growing industry

  • Hardware-near programming
  • Radio and satellite communication

  • Documentation and technical investigations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has education in electronics, for example from high school (with a focus on electronics/fine electronics), vocational school, or university
  • Has a good understanding of low voltage and practical work with electronics (e.g., soldering, measuring, troubleshooting)
  • Is focused on low current/fine electronics rather than high current
  • Has a B driver's license
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English, as both languages are used in the work
  • Has Swedish citizenship, as the role involves placement in a security class

It is meritorious if you:

  • Have experience with PLC systems or industrial automation
  • Have worked with hardware-near programming
  • Have a genuine interest in radio (e.g., amateur radio, RC, drones, wireless communication)
  • Have completed military service or served in the Armed Forces, particularly in signal, electronic warfare, or related technical areas
  • Have worked in environments with high demands for structure, security, and documentation

We welcome both those who are at the beginning of their careers and those who have a few years of experience. The most important thing is that you have a strong technical drive and want to develop in advanced electronics.

Personal qualities

To thrive in the role, we believe you:

  • Are technically curious and solution-oriented
  • Enjoy applying theory in practice
  • Have the ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Are structured and responsible
  • Thrive with complex problems where multiple technical areas interact

You need to be flexible and have an easy time collaborating, as projects often require broad technical understanding and close dialogue with colleagues and clients.
